Can I take the footbed out and use my own orthotic insoles?
The footbed is built into the shoe, so it isn't designed to be swapped out. If you wear custom orthotics daily, we'd suggest a removable-insole style instead.
Will they gape at the heel if I have narrow feet?
The heel is cut close with a slight elastic give at the opening, which helps it stay put. If you're between sizes, most narrow-footed customers do better with the smaller of the two.
