Working at Clarendale
Good people,
treated properly.
We're small, remote and deliberate about how we work. If you care about customers as much as we do, we'd like to hear from you.

Open role
Customer Service Representative
You'll answer customers by email and chat in a warm, professional tone — order tracking, product questions, and putting things right when they go wrong.
You'll follow proven workflows but use your own judgement, and work with our operations team to keep fulfilment and follow-up running smoothly.
Our customer is 50+ and she notices
when she is spoken to like an adult.

What we're looking for
Warmth, clarity, and care with detail.
Two or more years in eCommerce customer service. Excellent written English, and the ability to sound warm and clear in a message rather than scripted.
A problem-solving mindset, strong attention to detail, a reliable internet connection, and availability to respond promptly during your agreed hours.
What you'll get
The things that actually make a job good.
-
3
A retirement fund
We contribute to your long-term peace of mind, not just this month's invoice.
-
4
Remote and flexible
Set your own hours within your agreed cover, and work from wherever you are.
-
5
Real training and support
Clear processes, properly documented, so you are set up to succeed rather than left to guess.
-
6
Straight communication
Clear feedback and friendly collaboration. No ghosting, no confusion.

We can't wait to meet you.
