They fit true to standard US sizing for most feet. If you have wider feet or a higher instep, we recommend going up half a size for extra room across the top strap.

Yes. The cushioned footbed and flexible rubber sole make them comfortable for full days out — running errands, brunch, walking around town. They're not built for hikes or long treks, but for everyday wear they hold up beautifully.
Do the straps stretch out over time?
