How long does the glow last after the lights go out?
The numbers glow softly for a few hours after being exposed to daylight or room light. The more light they absorb during the day, the longer they stay visible at night.
What kind of walls does it stick to?
It works on smooth surfaces like painted walls, tile, glass, and wood. Rough or textured walls (like heavy stucco) aren't recommended.
Does it come off cleanly if I want to move it?
The self-adhesive backing is designed to hold well but can be removed. On most painted walls it lifts off without damage, but always test a small spot first.
Do I need any tools to put it up?
No tools needed. The paper template shows you where each number goes, and the pieces stick on by hand.
- Step 1: Choose your wall and decide how wide you want the clock (anywhere from about 16 to 35 inches across).
- Step 2: Tape the kraft paper template to your wall and check it's straight.
- Step 3: Peel each number and press it onto the wall through the template guide. Mount the clock mechanism in the center.
- Step 4: Install one AA battery in the movement, set the time, and you're done. Let the numbers absorb light during the day so they glow at night.
