Are they true to size?
Most women find them true to size, but if your foot is wide or your instep is high, we recommend sizing up by half. The adjustable strap gives you extra wiggle room either way.
Can I wear them all day on hard surfaces like tile or pavement?
Yes. The cushioned footbed and lightweight wedge are designed for all-day wear on any surface — including hardwood, concrete, and tile.
Do they work for plantar fasciitis or heel pain?
Many customers with plantar fasciitis and heel pain report relief thanks to the built-in arch support and shock-absorbing footbed. They're not a medical device, but they're built for foot comfort.
Are they waterproof?
The microfiber upper is splash-resistant but not fully waterproof. We recommend wiping clean with a damp cloth rather than submerging.
