Sale Promotion Terms

These Sales Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) govern all promotional campaigns, sales events, and discount offers (“Promotions”) conducted by Clarendale through clarendale.co, our affiliated storefronts, and our advertising channels including Pinterest, Facebook, and other platforms. Clarendale is operated by Evershop Limited (HK). These Promotion Terms supplement our General Terms and Conditions. By participating in any Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms.

1.    Promotion Eligibility & Scope

•       Promotions are available to customers in all Clarendale target markets: the United States

•       Promotions apply exclusively to products listed on clarendale.co and our affiliated storefronts. Products purchased through unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces are not eligible.

•       Clarendale reserves the right to limit Promotion eligibility to specific product categories, customer segments, or geographic regions at its sole discretion.

2.    Types of Promotions

Clarendale may offer the following types of Promotions:

•       New Product Launch Discounts: Newly added products are offered at temporary introductory discounts. After this introductory period, products revert to their standard retail price.

•       Seasonal Sales Events: Time-limited promotional campaigns tied to holidays, seasons, or special occasions (e.g., Black Friday, Summer Sale, End-of-Season Clearance). The specific duration of each seasonal sale will be communicated on the product pages and promotional materials.

•       Site-Wide Promotions: Percentage or fixed-amount discounts applied across all or a substantial portion of our product catalog for a promotional period.

•       Coupon & Discount Codes: Promotional codes distributed through advertising channels, email campaigns, or partner collaborations that provide a discount at checkout. Coupon codes can be combined with other active Promotions unless explicitly stated.

3.    Promotion Duration & Termination

•       Each Promotion has a defined start and end date, which will be clearly communicated on the respective product pages, promotional banners, and advertising materials.

•       Clarendale reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate any Promotion at any time and without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: stock depletion, technical errors in pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, or changes in business circumstances.

•       Orders placed and confirmed during the active Promotion period will be honored at the promotional price, even if the Promotion is subsequently terminated.

•       Clarendale is under no obligation to reinstate a Promotion once it has been terminated.

4.    Pricing During Promotions

•       All promotional prices are displayed in the currency of the customer’s delivery country (USD) and include all applicable taxes and fees.

•       Promotional discounts are calculated based on the standard retail price as displayed on the product page. The original price and the discounted price are both shown on the product page during the Promotion period.

•       Promotional prices cannot be combined with other discounts, coupon codes, or special offers unless explicitly stated in the Promotion details.

•       In the event of a pricing error during a Promotion, Clarendale reserves the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

5.    Advertising & Promotional Communications

•       Clarendale advertises its Promotions through various channels including but not limited to: Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, email marketing, and on-site banners.

•       All promotional advertisements clearly state the nature of the discount, the applicable product(s), and the Promotion period. Advertisements comply with the advertising policies and guidelines of each respective platform.

•       Promotional claims in advertising materials accurately reflect the actual discounts available on clarendale.co at the time the advertisement is active.

•       Clarendale does not engage in misleading pricing practices. Reference prices shown alongside promotional prices represent the genuine standard retail price at which the product is or has been offered for sale.

6.    Stock & Availability During Promotions

•       All promotional products are subject to availability. Clarendale does not guarantee that promoted products will remain in stock for the full duration of the Promotion.

•       Clarendale reserves the right to set quantity limits per customer during Promotions to ensure fair access.

•       If a promoted product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Clarendale will notify the customer and offer a full refund or a comparable alternative product at the same promotional price.

7.    Returns & Refunds for Promotional Purchases

•       Products purchased during a Promotion are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy: items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

•       Refunds for promotional purchases will be processed at the actual amount paid (i.e., the promotional price), not the standard retail price.

•       Any free gifts, bonus items, or bundled products received as part of a Promotion must be returned together with the main product for a full refund.

8.    Abuse & Fraud Prevention

•       Clarendale reserves the right to void, cancel, or revoke any Promotion or order if fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Promotion Terms is suspected.

•       Actions constituting abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions, using automated systems or bots to place orders, reselling promotional items in bulk, and sharing or distributing promotional codes not intended for public use.

9.    Limitation of Liability

Clarendale is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in or reliance on any Promotion, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Clarendale’s total liability in connection with any Promotion shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer for the relevant product(s).

10.         Applicable Law & Consumer Rights

These Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of the respective country of delivery. Your statutory consumer rights, including those related to promotional offers and advertising, remain unaffected by these Promotion Terms.

11.         Modifications to These Terms

Clarendale reserves the right to update or modify these Promotion Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on clarendale.co. Continued participation in any Promotion after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
