Will this work on textured tile or natural stone like travertine?
This tool works best on smooth, non-porous surfaces like polished granite, glass, porcelain tile, and marble. Textured or porous surfaces won't create a reliable seal.
How long will the suction hold?
On a clean, smooth surface, suction typically holds for hours. Many users report leaving it overnight with no loss of grip.
Can I use just one, or do I need a pair?
One unit works for basic leveling and seam setting. For large countertop seams, many installers prefer using two.
What surfaces should I avoid?
Avoid porous surfaces, dusty or dirty surfaces, and anything with texture or grooves.
