Is the fabric see-through when it gets wet?
No. The suit is lined through the front panel and the ruching adds a second layer across the midsection. It holds its color and coverage wet.
Can I actually swim in it, or is it just for lounging?
You can swim. Set the straps and back tie before you get in, and the high waist keeps the bottom in place through laps and diving.
Does the ruching stretch out over time?
The polyester keeps its recovery through repeated wear and chlorine. Rinse it in cool water after each swim and it holds its gather.
Is there any bust support built in?
