Does this work with any cat-eye polish?
It works with most magnetic gel polishes on the market. For the sharpest pattern, use a quality cat-eye polish with strong magnetic pigment.
How close should I hold the magnet to the nail?
Hold it about 1–3mm above the wet polish—close, but not touching. Hold for 2–5 seconds and lift away. The pattern will snap into place.
Can a beginner use this?
Yes. The starfish grip is easy to hold, and each head is clearly shaped. Most people get a clean pattern on their first or second try.
Is the silicone really drop-proof?
The whole body is wrapped in soft silicone, which protects the magnets inside. It won't shatter like plain metal magnets when dropped on a hard floor.
