Does this come with a handle?
No — Rootgrip is the rake head only. It fits any standard wooden post or broom handle. The built-in nail holes keep it locked in place.
Which tine count should I choose?

Will this rust?
The carbon steel is treated to resist corrosion, but like any steel garden tool, wipe it down after use and store it dry. With basic care, it'll last for years.
