How fast do the lenses change from clear to dark?
The transition takes roughly 15-30 seconds depending on UV intensity. In direct sunlight, you'll notice them darken almost immediately.
Can I use these for driving?
Photochromic lenses respond to UV light, and most car windshields block UV. So the lenses may not darken fully inside a vehicle. They're best for outdoor use.
Are the lenses polarized?
The lenses are photochromic (light-adaptive) but not polarized. They reduce brightness and block UV, but don't reduce glare from reflective surfaces the way polarized lenses do.
Will these fit over prescription glasses?
No, these are designed to be worn as standalone eyewear. They are not fit-over style.
