How long does it take to freeze?
About 5–6 hours for a solid, fully formed ice ball. We recommend leaving them in overnight for best results.
Will the mold leak in my freezer?
No. The silicone cap fits snugly over the top. Just fill to the raised line inside and don't overfill — the seal keeps water in place.
Can I freeze juice, coffee, or other liquids?
Absolutely. Any liquid that freezes solid works. Try lemonade, fruit juice, or cold brew for a fun twist.
What size glass fits these ice balls?
The 2.5-inch sphere fits perfectly in a standard rocks glass or tumbler. For narrow glasses or travel bottles, check your opening width first.
- Step 1: Fill the transparent base with water up to the raised fill line inside.
- Step 2: Press the silicone cap firmly onto the base. Place upright in the freezer for at least 5–6 hours (overnight works best).
- Step 3: Twist the two halves apart. Run cool water over the silicone side for a few seconds, then gently push the ice ball out.
- Step 4: Drop the sphere into your glass before adding your drink. Enjoy slow-melting, bar-quality ice.
