Is this a dress or a top?
It's a dress. It falls to around knee length on most women and is meant to be worn on its own. Some customers do pair it with leggings in cooler weather.
Does the lace part feel scratchy on the neck?
No. The lace sits flat against the yoke and lies smooth on the skin. It's stitched into the seam, not glued on top.
Can I wear a regular bra with it?
Yes. The neckline sits high enough to cover standard bra straps, and the armholes are cut close enough that side bands stay hidden.
Is it see-through in bright sun?
No. The printed polyester is opaque, so you don't need a slip underneath even outdoors.
