Can I wear a regular bra underneath?
Yes. The body of the blouse is opaque polyester, so a standard bra works fine. Only the sleeves are sheer mesh.
Does the collar tie have to stay tied?
No. You can tie it into a soft bow for a dressier look, or leave the ties loose for a more relaxed feel. Both sit neatly.
Will the peplum look odd under a jacket?
It can bunch slightly under a fitted blazer. It looks best worn open, with a cardigan, or on its own.
