Does the water really swirl, or only in the video?
Yes, it swirls. Aim the tap toward the side of the bowl rather than straight down the middle — that's what gets the current going.
Can I use it for anything besides berries?
Yes. Grapes, cherry tomatoes, small potatoes, herbs and salad greens all work well.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Hand washing is best. Warm water and a soft sponge keep the finish looking new.
