Does the top hang long enough to wear on its own with leggings?
Yes. The crewneck sits at hip level with a boxy, slightly dropped shoulder, so it works over leggings or slim jeans. Many buyers wear the top separately more often than the full set.
Are the pants elastic all the way around, or is there a drawstring?
