How deep does the bowl hold water?
The shallow bowl is designed to be safe for bees to land on — they need a thin layer they can drink from without drowning. In hot weather, a quick top-off each morning keeps it fresh.
Can I leave them outside in winter?
For best longevity, we recommend bringing them indoors during hard freezes. The resin is weatherproof for rain, sun, and wind, but repeated deep freezes can shorten the life of any outdoor resin.
