Is the fabric see-through?
No. The blend is opaque in all colors, including white. You can wear it without worrying about layering underneath.
Does it have pockets?

Can I wear a regular bra with it?
Yes. The notched V-neck sits high enough that a standard bra stays hidden. A bralette also works well.
