Can I adjust the waist, or is the elastic fixed?
Both. The band stretches on its own, and the drawstring lets you tighten or loosen it. Tie it in front or tuck the ends inside the waistband.
Do the pleats stay in after washing?
Yes. The polyester holds the pleat line, so there's no ironing needed. Hang them straight out of the wash and they fall back into shape.
Are they see-through in bright light?

Can I hem them if they're too long?
