Crochet a little dachshund that holds your towel
Picture a tiny dachshund hanging by your sink, his soft body curled around the towel you reach for all day.
You made him.
This kit doesn't end with a stuffed toy — the finished dachshund slides onto a real towel ring.
Yarn, ring, craft materials and a step-by-step pattern come in one box.
Sit down tonight, follow the steps, and watch him take shape in your hands.
The kit arrives with every material coordinated — no hunting for matching yarn.
Make a crochet project you’ll be proud to use
✓ A craft project that earns its spot
Most crochet animals end up in a basket. This one hangs by your sink and does a job every single day.
✓ Follow the steps, see the dog appear
The pattern walks you through it piece by piece. No guessing, no hunting down a tutorial halfway through.
✓ Everything coordinated in one box
Yarn, towel ring, craft materials and the full pattern arrive together. Nothing to source, nothing to match.
✓ A handmade gift she’ll actually use
Dog lovers get a lot of mugs. Hand her a dachshund you crocheted yourself and watch her face.

Do I need to know how to crochet already?
Basic stitches help. If you can work a single crochet and a slip stitch, the pattern walks you through the rest step by step.
Is a crochet hook included?
The kit includes the yarn, towel ring, craft materials and pattern. Use your own hook in the size noted on the pattern.
Where can I hang the finished holder?
Anywhere a towel ring fits — beside the sink, on a cabinet door, or in the bathroom. The dachshund sits on the ring and the towel hangs through it.
How long does one take to make?
Most crafters finish over a couple of evenings. It's an easy project to pick up and put down.
- Step 1: Lay out the yarn, ring and materials, and read the pattern through once before you start.
- Step 2: Work the body and head first, following the written steps in order.
- Step 3: Crochet the legs and ears, then attach them to the body as shown.
- Step 4: Slide the finished dachshund onto the towel ring and hang it where you need it.
- Size: Finished size varies with your tension and hook
- Material: Cloth yarn with a plastic towel ring
- Colors: Four colorways available
- Yarn for one dachshund, one towel ring, craft materials, and the step-by-step pattern.
- Spot clean with a damp cloth. Do not bleach. Air dry flat.
