Product description

Cut Oversized On Purpose, Not Sized Up

It's a cold Tuesday morning and you have twenty minutes.

You pull this over your jeans, and that's the whole outfit.

Soft acrylic knit, roomy through the body, warm without the bulk.

The relaxed shape is drafted into the pattern, not borrowed from a bigger size — so it drapes across the shoulders instead of swallowing you.

You look like you chose this.

Because you did.

One of our most reordered cold-weather layers

✓ Throw it on, walk out the door
Over jeans and you're done. No layering puzzle, no second-guessing in the mirror.

✓ Dropped shoulders that hang, not sag
The oversized cut is built into the pattern with a dropped shoulder seam and a roomy body. It falls the way it does on the model.

✓ Warm without the heavy bulk
Soft acrylic knit holds heat close but stays light on your arms. Comfortable indoors, enough on its own for a coffee run.

✓ A hood that actually gets used
Deep enough to pull up when the wind turns, soft enough to sit flat against your back when it doesn't.

Frequently asked questions

Does the hood lie flat when I'm not wearing it up?
Yes, it's cut to sit softly against your back, so it doesn't bunch up under a coat collar or push at your neck.

Can I wear this over a collared shirt?
You can, the body is roomy and the neckline is open enough that a collar sits comfortably underneath without pulling.

Will it stretch out at the cuffs and hem?
The ribbing at the cuffs and hem is knit tighter than the body, which helps it hold its shape through regular wear.

Is it thin enough to wear indoors all day?
For most people, yes, it's warm but not heavy, so it works at a desk or on the couch without overheating.

"Real pockets!"

“The Everdrape maxi is so comfortable and it has real pockets, not the fake kind. I'm 68 and don't love my arms, the puff sleeves cover just enough. Will order another color.”

"Very flattering"

“Wasn't sure the twist waist would work on my figure, I'm a size 16. It actually defines the waist without hugging the hips. Very flattering, ordered form them again the same week.”
