Will it really stay dry inside during heavy rain?
Yes. The Oxford cloth is treated to repel water, and the slanted roof channels rain away from the doorway. The elevated frame also keeps groundwater from seeping in.
How cold can it handle?
The thermal aluminum lining reflects body heat, so it stays noticeably warmer than outside. For very harsh winters below 20°F, place it in a sheltered spot against a wall or fence.
What if my cat won't use it?
Most cats adopt it within a few days. Try placing a familiar blanket or treat inside, and put it in a quiet spot she already visits.
Is it big enough for two cats?
The Large size fits two small or medium cats comfortably.
